Where can I find my table name ?

Usually, the name is printed on the table. It can be on frames (frame of the playing surface) or side panels. It can be a number (for example 740, 240, ...) or a name (CLUB, EQUINOX,... ).

Where can I find my table reference ?

The reference of your table is printed on an etiquette sticked in a corner under the top.

Where can I get my table instruction ?

You can find on this website, instructions for all tables manufactured since 2000. If your table is older, please contact us by email at : sav@cornilleau.fr.



Where can I find the spare part I need ?

You can find on this website, tables diagram including references of all spare parts. You can download your table diagram here : https://www.cornilleau-services.com/front/home.php?codelangue=en by searching by table reference or by table name on the left.



Can I change a wrong spare part ?

If you have a wrong spare part you can send it back to us. All spare parts are fully reimbursed (exc. shipping costs).


Can I replace the top of my table ?

If your table is less than 10 years, we can replace one top of your table. Please note that the colour and the frame may be different. You can order a top directly from this website by going into "SPARE PARTS" on the home page https://www.cornilleau-services.com/front/home.php?codelangue=en. Deliveries of tops are available for the following countries only : France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria.



What is the process for top delivery ?

Delivery of top is made through traditional transport service. Please note that the forwarder will be alone and will need help to unload the package. As a result, it is recommended to communicate a phone number as the forwarder will call you to make an appointment for the delivery.

What are the different methods of payment ?

You can order and pay on this website with your credit card.


What are the shipping times ?

Your package will be sent from 24h to 48h after reception of your order and your payment. Please allow 2 to 3 days for order delivery. For tops, as it takes more time to prepare, please allow 15 days for order delivery.

Are spare parts warranted?

Tables are warranted 3 years. Warranty is valid after recognition by our services of faulty spare parts but does not apply for damages caused by fair wear and tear, by an uncorect mounting of the table, by a non-respect of use and safety rules, by a lack of maintenance and by the use of wrong products for maintenance of the tops. How can I ask for a warranty ?

Please send us a mail mentionning : table reference and table serial number, a description of your problem, if possible pictures or return the faulty spare part. Attach to this mail the invoice of your table. Send it :

Where can I find my table serial number ?

Your table serial number is printed on an etiquette sticked in a corner under the top of your table.





How can I replace the DSI locking system of my table ?

Please check the documentation. Unscrew the red handle, "unclick" (or unscrew for Indoor tables) the aluzinc cache. It will release the cover of the black box, then you can change the faulty spare part. Finally, replace the elements as indicated on the following diagram.

I cannot mount my new wheel.

A wheel is always a male spare part. It is mandatory to remove the shank which remained in the foot or in the wheel stand to mount your new wheel.


My wheel is broken, do I need to change all the system or only the broken spare part ?

A wheel is composed by 3 pieces : 1 wheel bracket and 2 wheels. You can change the broken piece only.


My net seems too short.

Before mounting your new net, you need to stretch it manually. The first mounting is still difficult, but the lenght, accurately calculated, avoid the lenghtening of the net.



When I open or close my table, tops are not sliding well. Is there a solution ?

If you don't see any broken part, put some lubricant or wax in the sliding channel of the side panels.
