3D Secure (also known as Verified by VISA) is an authentication-based payment system that adds an extra layer of protection to online shopping. When you confirm your payment, your bank checks the identity of the card holder before authorizing the transaction. You will be redirected to your bank’s website and asked to confirm your identity. The actual procedure depends on your bank. For example, you may be asked to enter your date of birth or a code received by text, or to answer a personal question, and so on. Secured payment step by step :

• Step 1 : The payment through our website fr.cornilleau.com is submitted to Payline payment security solution.
  
  
• Step 2 : Payline receives your transaction details and send them to our bank incoming authorisation system.
  
  
• Step 3 : In parallel, fr.cornilleau.com also sends a transaction request to your outgoing authorisation banking system. 
  
  
• Step 4 : The inter-bank system authorise the transaction and sends the request to your credit/debit card.
  
  
• Step 5 : Your credit/debit card accepts or denies the transaction and sends the result back. The amount is then sent to the inter-bank system. 
  
  
• Step 6 : The inter-bank system confirms the transaction status to fr.cornilleau.com.
  
  
• Step 7 : fr.cornilleau.com forwards the result to the Payline system.
  
  
• Step 8 : Payline records the transaction results and send it back to you. This process takes on average 3 seconds.
  
  
• Step 9 : Only then will the inter-bank system send the transaction amount to fr.cornilleau.com.
   

What is Paypal ?

If you use PayPal, your financial details will never be sent to Cornilleau: PayPal encrypts and protects your bank card number.

If you opt for this payment method, you will be redirected automatically to the PayPal website. You then enter your username and password to complete the transaction.

If you use PayPal, the amount of your order will be debited immediately.

PayPal is an SSL secure payment method. Once you have created your PayPal account at www.paypal.com, simply add your bank card number or link your account to one of your bank accounts once and for all. Bonus: PayPal is a free service that lets you make online purchases on thousands of websites!

Payment by bank transfer

Once you have selected payment by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you need to carry out the transfer. You will then have 15 days in which to make your payment. If we don’t receive payment from you during that period, we will no longer be able to guarantee the availability of the selected products. We will send your order to you as soon as we receive your payment.

Payment via a payment order

You have selected payment via a payment order. This option is only valid for public organizations. Processing of your order, and the deadline for receipt, will begin on the date on which our services receive your purchase order.
