How to assemble your Outdoor Lifestyle table
In order to assemble your outdoor lifestyle ping pong table, please refer to the explanations below. A minimum of two people is required at all stages to assemble your table. All the tools you will need to assemble your Lifestyle table are provided: a 10 mm angle socket wrench, a 13 mm open-end spanner, a 4 mm Allen key and a PZ 2 screwdriver. The use of a screwdriver is not recommended as it could damage some parts, rendering them unusable. Rackets and balls are also supplied with your table.
Before assembly
Cut out the side of each of the two boxes. You can use the cardboard boxes as a support when assembling your table. They will effectively protect the various parts and your floor from scratches.
Step 2
Provide yourself with two screws (part number 1720.0) and, at the location shown in the drawing, screw them in lightly by hand, repeating the step on the two previously mounted parts.
Step 3
Take the second bottom stringer (part number 7251) and place it on the other end of the splice bar. Repeat this step with the second spar.
Step 4
As in step 2, lightly hand-screw a screw (part number 1720.0) to the end of the part. Repeat this step with the second spar as well.
Step 6
Place the central crosspiece (item no. 7240) with its legs up between the two table tops and provide three washers (item no. 1210.0), three nuts (item no. 1124.0) and three screws (item no. 1719.0). As shown in the drawing, securely fasten the three pieces together using the angled socket wrench and the Allen key.
Step 7
Assemble the assembly previously made in steps 1 to 5 with the table tops as shown in the drawing, using screws (part number 1720.0) and nuts (part number 1124). Tighten lightly by hand. Repeat this step on the left and right.
Step 8
Hand-tighten the right and left sleeves (item no. 7247 and 7248) to the table tops on both sides of the table using eight washers (item no. 1210.0), eight lock nuts (item no. 1120.0) and eight screws (item no. 1720.0).
Step 10
Take the foot (part number 4821), place it on the floor and push in the ball-head screw until you hear a "click". Repeat the step with the other three legs.
Step 11
Glue the anti-skid pad (part number 4825) to the foot. Repeat this step on the other three feet.
Step 12
Slide the four feet into the sleeves.
Step 14
Using the tools provided, tighten each screw previously placed by hand.
Step 15
Slide the drawer crossbar into the drawer and screw it in place as shown with two sheet metal screws (order no. 1370).
Step 16
Push the plugs (Part No. 4320) into each end of the drawer crossbar.
Step 17
Slide the ends of the drawer one after the other into place on the reinforcing bars. You can install the drawer on either side of the table. A second drawer is available as an option.
Step 18
Screw the drawer in place as shown in the drawing with two sheet metal screws (order no. 1370).
Step 19
You will need a PZ2 screwdriver, two screws (part number 1601), two Splice (part number 4775.0), two grower washers (part number 1256) and two wing nuts (part number 1163). In order to fix the attachment system of your thread. Make sure you follow the order as shown in the drawing. Screw the assembly securely to the Aluzinc© reinforcement bars between the stringers and the previously installed spars.
How to assemble your fabric net
Step 1
Take the end of your net (ref. 3826) and in the open part, slide the rod (art. no. 7279) which will be used as support.
This support will be used to receive the stretcher (art. no. 7278.0) that you will slide through the bottom of the net.
Step 2
Screw the wooden post with the screws (art. no. 1402.0) starting from the top part of bracket. Once these 4 screws installed, screw the lower part of the wooden post to the bracket.
Step 3
Before installing the posts against the table, fix the anti-slip pad (art. no. 4826) on the lower part that has been screwed to the post.
Step 4
To place the net, stand in the centre of the table and slide the net stretch to the centre splice of the table.
In order not to scratch your table, place the stirrup straight to the table.
Storage of the net
To store your fabric net, fold it and put it in one of the drawers of the table.
If you have the magnetic net
Installation of the net
Place the net decks (art. no. 4820.A) on the central crosspiece in the middle of the table, place the thread on it and press down to lock it.
