How to assembly your Outdoor Lifestyle Foosball table
In addition to the notice, you can refer to the explanations down below to assembly your Outdoor Lifestyle Foosball table. It is necessary to be at least 2 persons during the whole assembly of your foosball table. All mentions tools are inclued : a 13" flat wrench, a 5" Allen wrench, a 6" Allen wrench and a PZ 2 screwdriver. Do not use a screwing machine, it could damage the product and make it unusable.
10 balls are inclued too : 5 cork balls and 5 plastic balls. The cork balls shouldn't be stored outdoor, the humidity and the high temperature could alter its properties.
Before assembly
Your foosball table is protected during is whole transport by a packaging containing various plates and protections. When you open the package, we recommend you to use the chipboard plate that cover your foosball table as a support during the assembly.
Step 1
Insert the skate screw (Ref. 2215) into one of the foot (Ref. 8620 / 8621) and screw it all the way with the 13" flat wrench. Repeat this operation for the three other foot. Once your foosball table is assembled, if necessary, you can unscrew it to ajust the planarity of your foosball.
Step 2
Snap the head of the skate screw (Ref. 2215) into the skate (Ref. 4821.0). Repeat this process with the other three feet.
Step 3
Once the glides (Ref. 2215) are assembled to each foot, clip the non-slip pads (Ref. 4825) to them.
Step 4
Take one of the right foot (Ref. 8620) and one of the left foot (Ref. 8621), then position the crossbar (Ref. 8622) so that the holes of these three elements are aligned. Screw moderatly one of the foot to the crossbar and the other one. To do this, use the 10" diameter metal screws (Ref. 1741) with the 10" diameter discs (Ref. 1222) on the foot side then position the nut at the base, screw it by hand without forcing. In the first time, Dans un premier temps, don't overtighten the screw. Next, adjust the inclination of the crossbar until it is parallel with the back of the feet.
Now you can screw the screws with the 6" Allen wrench. Repeat this step with the 2 others feet.
Take one of the right foot (Ref. 8620) and one of the left foot (Ref. 8621), then position the crossbar (Ref. 8622) so that the holes of these three elements are aligned. Apply of the right clapier, including the Conrilleau's logo in ecope (Ref. 7490.0 / 7490.9) on one the right foot at the level of the crossbar. Adjust the inclination of these such as the crossbar flush with the back of the clapier. Remove the clapier, with the 6" Allen wrench, screw the metal screw (Ref. 1741) that should be behind the clapier and links the crossbar to the foot. Repeat this step for the other right foot.

Remove the clapier, with the 6" Allen wrench, screw the metal screw (Ref. 1741) that should be behind the clapier and links the crossbar to the foot. Repeat this step for the other left foot.

Integration of the feet in the box: recommended method.
We recommend you to realize this steps with three persons. It is possible to make it with two but it demands additionnal efforts.

WARNING : The box mustn't be in a direct contact with the ground or the wall.
Use the foam protections sets with the package. Don't hesitate to stacked two of them to have better thickness.

Now, you can put it right side up your foosball table. For this manipulation, it is important to lift the foosball table to make sure to not take support from the feet until they are not straight.

Now you can install the handles to play. To do that, hold strongly one the player and screw the handle. Repeat this operation for the eight handles. Make sure to install the black one at the end of the bar of the black players and the white one on the bar of the white players.
